Occasionally your request may require a 3rd party service. Our vendor partners accept full responsibility for all goods and services they provide to you as our clients.

Scheduling / Cancellations

Please give us 48 hour notice when scheduling or canceling services


Regular hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Weekend, Evening and Holiday hours available by request

Pricing and Payments

Service requests require a 2 hour minimum.

Dwell has a flat hourly charge for most services billed in half hour increments. Specialty projects and events require consultation.
​(Home Organization, event planning, etc.)

Fees do not include:

  • 3rd party charges (housekeeping, contractors, etc.)
  • Merchandise purchased
  • Rentals

Invoices will be itemized for all services and charges incurred.
​We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal Payments

Service Agreements

Clients must sign a standard agreement form.
​The agreement is binding until the completion of all work requested.


We LOVE referrals.
​1 hour free per referral.

Delivery and Property Access

Clients are responsible for being available or arranging for access to property. If unable to gain access, the client will be charged for the time and any purchases that were to be delivered.

Alcohol and Tobacco delivery: Pre-approval of age is required.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services we will gladly remedy the situation. Please notify us within 24 hours of the service and provide specific information in regards to the service in question.
